Summer travels with Mazowsze Ensemble and the Automotive and Technology Museum in Otrębusy

Summertime in Karolin
There’s lots happening in Karolin during the summer. On Wednesdays and Sundays we’ll be making the most of the summer holidays and travelling around Poland and beyond during our family workshops. A summer crafts school for adults and young people will run on Saturdays. We’re also planning talks and presentations, and a big social dance to end the season. Join us in Karolin this summer!

Mazowsze Family Picnic
Join us on the weekend of 11 and 12 June for one of our biggest events of the year - the Mazowsze Family Picnic. With plenty of attractions for the whole family, this promises to be a fabulous weekend full of dance, song, music and traditional arts and crafts.
International Children's Day
Channel your inner child and join us on Wednesday 1 June for lots of singing, dancing, colouring and cutting at the Centre for Polish Folklore. Entry to workshops is free of charge. Have fun with the family on International Children's Day 🙂
Mother's Day in Karolin
On Thursday 26 June, we'll be holding a special Mother's Day singing workshop at the Centre for Polish Folklore. Join us for a fun evening learning some of Mazowsze's most known and loved hits.
Social dance with a folk band from Łowicz
Join us on 21 May for social dancing with a folk band from the Łowicz region. We’ll hear melodies characteristic for this part of Poland, including the kujon, oberek and polka, and will have the opportunity to try out some dance moves. This is sure to be a real musical experience, and a great occasion to enjoy traditional folk music and dance in a social setting.
The Night of Museums in Karolin
Discover Karolin by night on Saturday 14 May. There'll be lots to see and do during the Night of Museums. Join us for special film screenings, backstage tours and activites at the Centre for Polish Folklore.
The May Weekend in Karolin
During the long May weekend (1-3 May), the Centre for Polish Folklore will be open between 10am and 6pm. Join us for a guided tour of Karolin! It's also a lovely time of year to relax in Karolin Park, and the Młochowski Forest is perfect for walks and cycling.

International Dance Day
Initiated in 1982 by the Dance Committee of the International Theatre Institute, International Dance Day is celebrated every year on 29 April. This year, Mazowsze National Folk Song and Dance Ensemble is celebrating with concerts, dance workshops and talks. Join us for these special events on 29 and 30 April.
